Kickboxing london clubs have particular styles that suit different people

When it comes to getting in shape, meeting new friends, and learning a new discipline, there can be few better things to have a go at than London kickboxing classes. Seriously: if you don’t believe me, then you are missing out! I went to a London kickboxing club for the first time roughly a year ago. I went on the advice of a friend, and also because I was at a loose end, and I have not looked back since then! I enjoyed it so much I wanted to go back the very next day! Since then I went every week, and I started to use a training program, with the instructor acting as my personal trainer. I have never been so healthy and energetic, and it feels great. I’m sure – in fact I know, since I have been to compete in a few other dojos – that there are many different sorts of kickboxing London clubs can offer, but I suppose I was just lucky to find the one that was just right for me at the first time of asking. If I hadn’t, I suppose I would have just decided that kickboxing in general wasn’t for me.

As it is, I have really enjoyed learning about the sport and its origins, and also about the codes of conduct and discipline that you can use in your everyday life; some meditation and breathing techniques I have learned at Karmaa (my London kickboxing club), for instance, have really reduced my stress levels at work, and helped me to deal with challenging issues involving colleagues. I didn’t beat anybody up, if that’s what you’re thinking!

In fact, Kickboxing has paradoxically made me feel more calm and passive in life. Less like I am competing against anything and more like I am going with the flow and calmly navigating my way through. It’s funny: before I took up kickboxing, I was seriously thinking about quitting my job, because I found living in London too stressful. Now I don’t think of it as stressful, and I don’t think that can be a coincidence.

In London kickboxing classes can be a great way to escape from your job in the city for a while. You get an adrenaline rush, which helps you to relax and sleep more soundly at night. A good London kickboxing club should be able to suit your individual needs – i.e. what it is you want to get out of kickboxing. Through kickboxing London has become a less hectic and more exciting place to live.

Cash genie offers short-term loans

In everybody’s life there have almost certainly been occasions when we wished we had just a trifle more money in our bank accounts to tide us over until the next pay-cheque arrives. Perhaps we need the money to avoid going over our overdraft limit and being charged disproportionate amounts by our banks, or maybe we need it to take advantage of a special offer on a holiday or new purchase. Whatever reason we may have had for needing more money it has time and again been tempting to wish for a Cash Genie to appear and help us out of these financial difficulties.

Sometimes it is not possible to borrow the money from friends and family. Often they may be in similar straitened circumstances as we are and it can put a strain on some relationships when money is involved. There is another way which can now be used to find cash at short notice and that is to apply for a short-term loan for a small amount from a reputable online company. These loans are for a defined period and are in no way a substitute for more careful financial management, but they can be convenient. It is advisable before accepting any type of loan to check the details on interest payable and about any associated charges that you may incur.

One of the pluses of this type of loan arrangement is that the companies that arrange them do not carry out a credit check on applicants. Amongst other requirements, you must be over eighteen years old, earning more than five hundred pounds a month, have a current account and debit card, and be resident in the United Kingdom, but if you have a poor credit rating it will not count against you when applying for this type of loan. It must be emphasised, however, that if you fail to pay back the cash within the specified timeframe it will damage your credit rating which can be a significant disadvantage in future financial matters.

This type of short-term loan does have pluses, not least the ease and speed with which the money can be transferred to your bank account, but it is important to make sure that the company you use is legitimate and reputable. Cash Genie is one company which is currently offering this type of loan over the internet and over the telephone. The amount of money they normally offer in a loan is between seventy-five and seven hundred and fifty pounds.

Recovery audit software saves the hard work – and saves you money

Accounts payable audit software is a vital instrument in cutting down waste and inefficiency, which is possibly the most relevant and important measure for recession-hit businesses available at the moment. With more transactions being made than ever before, and the bulk of them electronically through banks and organisations such as BACS, the potential for duplicate payments is massive. Businesses are by extension at the highest risk so far of losing capital through such payments as well as through fraud. Even when they are able to isolate losses, it is very tough to solve the problem without top quality recovery audit software.

In the wake of the global economic downturn, the UK’s budget deficit, and the MP’s expenses scandal, the most important thing on most people’s minds right now is cost efficiency, and rightly so. There is something inherently unpleasant about waste: I’m sure we all had grandparents, or knew people of a similar age to our grandparents, who remember being brought up not to waste a single piece of food. Personally I remember my grandfather telling me that when he didn’t finish eating his meal one day, his father would keep it in the fridge and it would be his dinner the next day, and so on until he finished: only then would he have a new, freshly-cooked meal to eat.

It seems that somewhere along the way this tradition of frugality was completely and utterly lost, and not only where food is concerned! Government spending rose to all time highs, consumerism based on credit reached its peak, and banks were lending more than five times homeowners’ yearly salaries in the form of mortgages as house prices shot up. Inevitably, this didn’t last, and we saw a global banking crisis happen in 2007/08 that rocked everybody’s world. In the UK, the new government has decided it needs to quickly reduce the budget deficit by implementing a huge new spending review to save money.

It seems we are going back to a time of frugality, and with the recession affecting all of us, it is important for businesses to reduce waste and unnecessary expenditures. We can not afford too many duplicate payments going unrecovered, and we certainly can’t afford exposing ourselves to fraud by not giving our accounts payable teams adequate support. Accounts payable audit software and recovery audit software can give this support, and help your business to become leaner, and head into the future of doing more with less.
